General Vang Pao was the founder of the Wisconsin Lao Veterans of America, Inc. in 1991. GVP's vision continues to vibrate among our veterans. We will always commemorate him on his leadership and generous services so we can be here today.  We also would like to thank all the Hmong and Lao Veterans who had sacrificed their lives for freedom during the turmoil of the Secret War in Laos throughout the Vietnam War.
